What happens to what you send us.

The quote form

If you fill in the quote form, the name, phone number, email address, town and description you enter are sent to Paul Borke so he can reply to you about the floor. That is the only reason they are collected and the only thing they are used for.

They are not sold, rented, shared with anyone else, or added to a mailing list. There is no newsletter to be signed up to.

Tracking

This site sets no cookies and carries no advertising or social-media tracking scripts. It does send a single, anonymous signal to our web platform (abcsites) each time a page loads, a phone number is tapped, the quote form is submitted, or directions are requested. For a page load it also says which page it was, the name of the website you came from if there was one (for example google.com, never the address of the page you were on), whether you arrived by clicking a Google or Facebook ad, and whether your screen is phone, tablet or computer sized. Only daily totals of these are kept, so we can show the business how its site is doing. It carries no IP address, no cookie, no device fingerprint and no visitor identity of any kind, and it never follows you to another website.

The typefaces are served from this site's own server rather than from a font network, so nothing else on this site talks to a third party at all.

Photographs

Every photograph on this site is of work carried out by Hardcore Epoxy Solutions of Northern Michigan, published with the permission of the property owners. No customer name, street address or location detail is shown anywhere on this site, and any location data that was attached to the original photographs has been removed.

Changing your mind

If you have sent us your details and would like them deleted, phone (989) 255-1435 or email sales@hardcoreepoxysolutions.com and they will be removed.
